Overall Satisfaction with Skilljar Customer Education Software

We provide product training to internal employees, channel partners, and end-user customers. Skilljar Customer Education Software enables us to provide a multi-faceted approach to providing 24/7 education, shortening the time to product adoption and reducing support tickets.

I would give a 10 but I would like to see more localisation features.
The Skilljar support team does their best to understand the complexity behind my questions rather than give me a standard templated response. It's this personal service that I enjoy.

We looked at other companies that used Skilljar and how they used it. We liked what we saw! Sadly, some of the other vendors we contacted did not get back to us, which immediately flagged them as providing poor pre-sales support.
Skilljar Customer Education Software has good implementation support and enabled us to soft launch in less than 30 days. Their own Academy and Support Centre has most of what you need, and their customer success teams help you fill in any of the gaps you have. I'd recommend Skilljar to anyone who works in a small team for their support and recommend to anyone in a large team for its easy-to-use functionality.
