Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Our company operates an e-commerce for travelers.We use a chat function to listen to what travelers want to ask now. We would like to continue to use this service because we have received a greater response from users than we expected.It is attractive not only for user interviews, but also for being able to give a push to users who may or may not convert.

Customer response has been much better.In the past, the conversion rate for our services has been very low, probably due to poor UI/UX.But considering that we were still getting a certain number of conversions, we believe that the demand from users was very strong.With the addition of the chat function, we now have a point of contact with customers who had not converted.

Services that require immediacy will be a good match.Also, since it is easy to use with smartphones, it will work well for young people who are used to chat-based communication.The ability to get an immediate response may replace phone-based customer support.I thought it would work well with customer support because it keeps a good history, etc.
