Overall Satisfaction with Smartsupp

We use it as an automated chat agent to guide new visitors through the website. Whilst our navigation is fairly easy to find what a person is looking for its always great to have a way where people can find answers to the easiest questions and contact information.

Pros

  • Ease of use
  • Quick setup
  • Friendly customer service

Cons

  • Better connection to the app
  • Support of translations
  • Increase in customer retention
  • Less emails for customer service
Tried others but this was the best and easiest to setup
