Overall Satisfaction with Smartsupp

I have a ecommerce company and I am using Smartsupp for comunicating with the clients which are using my site.

Pros

  • Communication with clients
  • Answering questions of clients
  • Autoresponding

Cons

  • Better configured chatbot from the beggining.
  • It has a very positive impact. I need less workers to do the same job.
  • A lot of communication can be automated - especially answers for simple questions.
It has a lot of abilitys. It has automated conversations (chatbot), you have the history of the chat. You can see from where client found out about your site, how long he is on a site. If he has any difficulties. Also chat window is very good and it has a mobile application which is easy to use.
Smartsupp is easier to use than Tidio live chat, it has a lot of integrations, mobile application on which you can conversate everywhere. Mobile app is easy to use. Chatbot is doing its job.

Smartsupp is good for every ecommerce with need to answer questions of clients and comunicate with them. A lot of convesations can be automated, so I need less people to do the same work.
