Overall Satisfaction with SMTP2GO

We have used SMTP2GO for over 3 years and have no complaints. The website's user interface is easy to navigate and full of nice tools and graphs. Overall it's a good service at a reasonable rate. I would recommend it to other small or medium size businesses that doesn't have IT departments.

Cons

  • Alert you when you have a bounce back.
  • Reports/charts
  • Helps us deliver emails when customers have spam blocking.

Have not used any other products.

Well suited:
- Shows you the recipient's email that has a bounced back.
- Shows you a list of all delivered mail w/ date & time.
- Charts are useful to see if you have email issues ongoing.

In regards to 'Alert you when you have a bounce back', you can enable Bounce Notifications for SMTP Users, Authenticated IPs or API Keys in their respective settings.
