Overall Satisfaction with SMTP2GO

This is an excellent product if you need alerts sent out from devices or you need your MFP scanner/ send to email options configured. I highly recommended as this product does exactly what it's supposed to without any issues.
  • Works with Canon, HP, Xerox, Brother printers for scan to email
  • Allows UPS/IOT Devices to send alert emails
  • Allows an organization by IP rather than username and password
  • Simple to use interface
  • Sometimes it can be slow if there is high volume
  • Ease of use
  • Always works
  • No authentication
  • Keeps our scan to email fucntioning
This is the best product in this market and solves for a very specific niche. I highly recommend this service for anyone looking to get scan to email setup or have devices that need to send alerts that can't route through Office 365.

This product is basically an open relay for mail, you can use it for all devices that send alerts, MFP printers, big copiers/scanners and anything that you need an email sent out from. It should not be used for spamming or any kind of phishing, this product works well.
