Overall Satisfaction with Snagit
SnagIT is installed on all PC's / VM's in the organization. It allows our users to quickly convey something on their screen to another colleague via email or IM by performing a screen scrape and then allowing them to draw an arrow, highlight or quickly point out something.
- Easily highlight something of importance on your screen and convey it.
- Point out something of importance quickly
- Easily direct someone else to illustrate your point of view on something
- A wizard for first time users would be nice, although the concept of how to use it is easily grasped
- Better customer service by quickly getting your point across
- For support instances, we are able to quickly point the user to exactly what they should click on or view
- Quickly being able to edit something on your screen without any training is a big plus
SnagIT is heads and tails above what you get with Windows, why Microsoft hasn't purchased the company or integrated something similar into Windows is beyond me.
