Overall Satisfaction with Snagit
SnagIt is used by different individuals within our company. I always request SnagIt to be included in the software setup for my direct reports. SnagIt does not address a particular business problem, but it does assist me in preventing frustration for employees. This is accomplished through the documents and instructions I am able to create for employees using SnagIt.
- It is extremely user friendly. You do not need to take a course to figure out how to use this software.
- It is extremely easy to create documents or just copy an image to an email.
- You can easily add arrows, text boxes, and highlighting to make things stand out in the captured image.
- I don't like the erase feature. It leaves a white and gray checkerboard image over the deleted material.
- There aren't many features of SnagIt that I don't like.
- SnagIt has only had positive ROI on my overall business objectives. It helps me to quickly and easily prepare information for employees.
- Employees are better able to understand what I am communicating to them through the screen shots that are sent along with instructions.
- SnagIt is so easy to use, you don't waste a lot of time trying to learn how to use the product.
- Snipit
Snipit is very limited in what it allows you to do. SnagIt allows so many different features to utilize with the image: arrows, text box, reducing or increasing the size, whole page scrolling, emailing the image in an email or as an attachment. You can easily save images to another document with just a click instead of flipping back and forth between screens.
