Overall Satisfaction with SoapUI
SoapUI is being used by our IT department to test our application performance, load capability, user capacity and load balancing. We have used SoapUI for web services testing as well.
It helped us to kick off load testing in a short time window and identify performance issues on time to fix them before our major release.

- Functional testing could have been more practical
- Would like to see how it is different from TestComplete for functional testing
- TestComplete does most of the stuff
- It was easy to review and create POC with trial/free version to make a decision
- It was easy to implement, create tests and test our software
- It was easy to find resources online for help, easy to find human resource on this skill
- LoadRunner,TestComplete,JMeter,loadUI
it was cheap when compared to LoadRUnner or other HP tool set. Jmeter was open source but needed all third party libraries, add-ons to generate reports, to integrate, where -as SoapUI comes with all these built in. It's ease of use attracts new user to explore it.
