Overall Satisfaction with SolarWinds IP Address Manager

It is being used by the IT department and several sub-departments. It resolves the issues that can arise when utilizing addresses within a range and virtual IPs versus defined ones.

  • Positive, as it reduces the amount of time to lookup and manage IP addresses.
We have used asset management systems and tracking spreadsheets with neither being particularly suited to the task.
Support is generally available and the team has not found any significant issues with the response times or the information provided. The deployment of the solution was very good.
