Overall Satisfaction with Sophos XG Firewall

We use an XG for firewall and filtering across a busy college.

We have an over specced Sophos but have 6 months of issues with the filtering with and issue that "Sophos" have said we are the only ones in the world with. Sophos have taken too long to resolve patches, firmware and issues. So we're swapping to something else.
