Sovereign Systems assisted our organization with an application upgrade and process migration. Both initiatives solved outstanding problems and were executed to our satisfaction. The Sovereign team demonstrated strong product and process knowledge providing us with guidance as we navigated industry best-practices.

  • Project timeline/estimations should be more conservative. Where the customer is being overly aggressive, Sovereign should be sure to schedule touch points/project milestones to level set expectations.
  • Sovereign should provide engagement customers with a detailed summary of hours consumed. Tying hours to executed Invoices would be helpful. That would keep the customer from having to do so.
Sovereign had an existing relationship with another team in our organization. I had an opportunity to sit in on a discussion involving that team. The Sovereign team was poised with actionable solutions, was already familiar with our environment and had a depth of experience. Using Sovereign to augment our staffing needs has enabled our small platform support team to execute faster and run parallel initiatives.
