Overall Satisfaction with Spiff

We use Spiff to track our monthly commissions and stay on track so we hit our targets!

Pros

  • User friendly software.
  • Detailed reports and updates.
  • Daily updates to track progress.

Cons

  • Real-time updates (or a few times a day) would be sweet.
  • Sometimes the commission shows more than it does on another system we use at the office to show our MRR.
  • Being able to see my commissions throughout is really helping keep me focused.
  • Increased transparency in compensation to make sure there aren't any errors.
  • My performance is better when I know exactly where I am at day to day.
