Spiff review
Overall Satisfaction with Spiff
We use it to track commissions across our Sales team. We were using a variety of complex spreadsheets and it was cumbersome. Spiff allowed our SVP of Sales and Accounting team to better track and payout our commissions on a monthly basis.
Pros
- Track where I am to plan.
- Cool visuals.
- Keep data accurate.
Cons
- I should be able to see what my total yearly number is. I can find this anytime in my inbox but I don't see it in the app.
- This isn't really relevant to me but it is easier to find/see my plan info and where I am at.
