Overall Satisfaction with Spiff
Our company recently utilizes a fairly complex variable compensation framework, with some employees getting compensated by commission off of the profit from their individual portfolios, some off of the portfolios of their team, some off of the profit of their local market, some of the global market, but most receiving a combination of these and other compensations frameworks. Historically, we have had to manually check with the finance team to know how much we were being paid, resulting in extra effort on both ends. The transparency and automation from Spiff have lifted a lot of work off the company as a whole and significantly improved the transparency and communication of compensation.
