Overall Satisfaction with Spiff
This program quickly, easily and clearly summarizes my compensation from day to day. I can tell at any time in the month how much I am earning and I know long before the end of the month where I will end up. I get to have a simple layout of which accounts are making my paycheck happen and who is growing and who might need more attention.

- gives me an average of my sales over the last year
- At first it seemed like it took a long time to set up. Now it seems like it is always up to date.
- I have no further negatives
- I spend less t ime having to calculate my commissions on my own
- I can easily see my accounts that are in trouble
I absolutely am more comfortable with my commission process. I can see each day the change in my commissions and have on many occasions checked against the previous days sales to see what I should have been compensated. It has always been accurate.
I have never used another commission calculating software. My checks in the past have always just shown up. It was always up to me to make sure the amount was correct since I never got a printout of what they were basing my pay on.
