Overall Satisfaction with Spiff
I use Spiff just about everyday. I use the tool to track my progress to quota attainment. I also use the tool to check my commission pay out. I'm terrible at math so this tool has been a life saver and a time saver. 50% of my salary comes from my commission and my pay checks vary month to month depending on my performance. This tool allows me to budget in a time efficient way. I cannot recommend Spiff enough!

- Huge motivator when I can see the dollar amount I sell as the value of money that goes into my pocket!
The transparency this tool provides creates a level of trust that I have never had a previous organizations.
