Overall Satisfaction with Salesforce Spiff
We use Salesforce Spiff for commission payouts. The process is now automated, we used to use excel spreadsheets to track commissions for each rep with a lot of back and forth every month about missing values that now appear without any effort. Each rep simply approves their commission at the end of each month and the process is much smoother. If there are any errors we are able to tag the appropriate colleague on spiff and leave comments to address the issues.

Cons
- Currently takes a day to update with our system
- Reps have full visibility at any time of the month
- Reps can look back at previous months and plan for months ahead
- Commission processing is much easier
Better pricing and features. Customer support also seemed better.
