Overall Satisfaction with Spiff

Spiff was able to allow us to move form an complex spreadsheet driven commission process to an automated and transparent process. Spiff took our hours of commission reviews per month and allows the users to see almost real time commissions as opportunities close. The implementation process was great with the pro services team at Spiff. I would highly recommend this platform.

  • The mobile app still doesn't have full functionality of the website
  • Much faster processing time for commissions as it calculated almost real time
  • Increased transparency for the users to self service and review commissions on their own
The tool is easy to use and works very will with our complex rule and multiple personas.
Management and users feel much more confident on the accuracy vs our previous Excel speadsheets.

Spiff is well suited to help with complex commission calculations across a large user base. It's not likely helpful if you only have a few employees that receive comissions.
