Overall Satisfaction with Spiff
I use Spiff weekly to check my commissions and monthly to analyze the trend. This helps me understand if I am hitting my team and personal goals. The UI is so easy to manage which makes the level of transparency seem so normal which I know becomes difficult for others to assess when they don't have something like Spiff as a resource. Surprisingly, I found myself using Spiff when I was filing my taxes this year.
Pros
- Transparency: data is digestible
- Organization: data is accessible and easily located
- Impactful: data is cherished by many of my colleagues not only ADRs
Cons
- End of Year review? Something like Spotify but that highlights are best weeks or months? That way we can go back and analyze quarter efforts or seasonal changes.
- I wouldn't be able to say much here as a user.
