Overall Satisfaction with Spiff

I use Spiff to easily view my commissions in my sales role. It makes it incredibly easy for me to track in real time what my commissions will be in any given time period. Compared to having to manually calculate pays through a spreadsheet or waiting for updates, it’s a dream. Highly recommend.

Yes

I’m a I/C role as a sales person so it’s great for tracking live commissions through the quarter. Which is both motivating and also just practical for planning for next month's pay. I still rely on tools like Salesforce or BoostUp to be able to forecast and track sales.
