Use it to troubleshoot issues with our software in our internal and cloud environments.

Pros

  • powerful searching
  • user friendly filtering
  • one stop shop

Cons

  • learning curve wasn't easy as a new user
  • visibility into running queries could be more obvious
  • Ability to search across multiple environments and tenants from one place
  • Ability to filter via UI elements (exclude/include in search criteria)
  • Real-time data access
  • Helps us accelerate resolution of customer issues
  • Visibility into the log data is immensely valuable
  • Has saved hundreds of hours and thousands of dollars by consolidating disparate log sources

Great for organizations that need to centralize different types of logging across integration, qa, sandbox and production environments. Would be less impactful for organizations that don't have complex logging needs.
