Overall Satisfaction with Square 9 Softworks
We use Square 9's Global Search software for document management. We are a payroll company and we get many notices from the IRS, state agencies, etc. on behalf of our clients and we have to keep the documents many years. Being able to categorize and search the documents is absolutely key to getting our work down efficiently each day. We can drag and drop docs into the software and make notes directly in Global Search. Our old process was to print the document, make notations, scan the doc and then import into software. Global Search is a huge improvement in our proces.

- License lockups - licenses should free up when the browser is closed.

- We spend a lot less time managing our documents.
