Overall Satisfaction with Square 9 Softworks
We use it for Enterprise Content Management and OCR. Making documents organized and easily searchable to end users is one of the biggest stack of problems it addresses. We have several sister companies and dozens of teams that utilize Square9 for work in Accounts Payable, Titles, Accounting, Collections, Treasury, and Legal to name a few.
- The OCR engine is great when configured correctly.
- Workflows are consistent in their setup but allow for complexity.
- The platform itself is a great value for the amount of capabilities it has at its disposal.
- More intuitive UI for development and end users
- More robust trainings and wikis
- Built-in, robust tracking and reporting for document flows and processing speeds

- Sudden, massive influx of documents has caused many errors and created huge backflows for us
- Network changes can and have things offline and halted processing
