Overall Satisfaction with Square 9 Softworks
In my organization, we use Square 9 to keep record of invoices and purchase orders, and we index important points in each of these documents (invoice number, invoice total, dates, customers, vendors, etc) which allows us to easily search for the information we need. This prevents us from needing to manage a document repository on a local fileshare, which would be significantly less efficient to query.
- Indexing and querying data
- OCR and automated data capture
- Workflows
- Training could use a small overhaul, as it is a bit clunky, but the training does teach you what you need to know about the software.
- Saves paper
- Allows documents to be queried on any data point, saving time.
We are currently working towards implementing workflows to increase our productivity. Currently, this is not something we utilize, but there is a lot of untapped potential.
