Overall Satisfaction with StructuredWeb
StructuredWeb was used to automate the go-to-market process for both vendors and reseller partners. As a large technology distributor, we had a hard time getting our existing partners to sell new products from different vendors. StructuredWeb made it easier for partners to learn about and sell new products which was good for them, our vendors, and our platform adoption.

Cons
- The concept of go-to-market automation at the distributor level is relatively new in the channel space. So there is some education that needs to happen on both the vendor and partner sides. Normally, each vendor has their own partner portal which makes it difficult for partners because they have to log into multiple portals that have different navigation as well as types of content. With StructuredWeb, we were able to create ONE portal for multiple vendors. While this is a powerful concept, it is new which means we had to educate the market to get it off the ground.
