Overall Satisfaction with SuccessFactors Employee Central
It is being used in the company where I work for. It is being used as a system of records as well for employee self service and manager self service. It is used for managing data of all employees
- It has good user experience
- It has workflows and features that can be used by certain groups which are controlled by permissions
- The org chart feature is great
- Data flows from other systems like recruiting into Employee Central
- At times, I have found some data to be missing from the system
- Uploading data from the back end can be a tedious process. It's not a disadvantage, but its tedious
- Positive impact - HR productivity has gobe up using employee self service and manager self service
- Reduction in paper work using recruitment, compensation letters, features of document management system
- Compensation module is not being used to its full extent
Successfactors has a comprehensive suite of integrated products. JAM is used extensively by us for internal communication and collaboration. It integrates well into our third party software, quarterly releases help with incremental changes, decent support, after sales support from SAP could be better, All and all I personally feel that it is a good robust HCM
