Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Survey Monkey to easily collect information from a group of people. Its' very simple on both the side of creating the survey and on the side of filling it out. It's one tool I use for survey amoung a few. People are also so familiar with it so that helps to get a lot of people to complete it.

Google Surveys

SurveyMonkey is also easy but lacks some of the integration that Google Surveys offers. Most people use Google or have an account which makes it very easy for them to use. Google Surveys are free and there is a free account for Survey Monkey, however it is more limited compared to Google Survey.

If you have a group of people (big or small) I find that software like SurveyMonkey is ideal to stay organized with all the information. It's also good if you want surveys to be anonymous, which often can lead to more honesty with survey responses and feedback; therefore the information ends up being much more helpful. The information is collected in a fashion that is easy to read through and organize.
