Overall Satisfaction with Symantec

We use Symantec as a virus detection software, internet security, and backups.

Pros

  • Symantec is a great antivirus software
  • It provides tremendous internet security
  • It is so easy to use for a product of its quality

Cons

  • Take up less processes when running
  • Provide better firewall functionality, in meaning allow the user to have more configuration capabilities.
  • Start up faster when you boot your computer.
  • It has kept viruses in the environment down to a minimum.
  • Keeping the viruses down has increased the employee efficiency.
  • Also, our customers have started using this product as well because of us recommending the product to them.
I have used McAfee, AVG, Trendmicro and others. This software is by far a lot better than the products that I mentioned earlier. It is simple to use and it just works.
This product is very well suited for virus detection and firewall capabilities.
