Overall Satisfaction with Symantec Endpoint Protection
SEP is currently used across our entire company. We use it for its anti-virus and firewall protection and its real-time threat detection. Updates to the program are automatic and require no user intervention at all. That is very useful when you have a large user base. SEP is easy to deploy, easy to maintain and works well keeping our data and workstations safe.

- The price point is a little high.
- Can sometimes hog system resources.
- SEP has provided great security to our users, blocking many potential threats.
- We have had a significant decrease in malicious activity since deploying SEP.
As a company, we have always used Symantec Endpoint Protection. We did an evaluation of multiple products but we felt that SEP was the most comprehensive product available. We are currently looking at other options again due to the price point, but we have not yet tested them enough to truly make a valid argument either way.
