It's a highly customizable tool, and I'm a visual learner. So in that sense, it's been great to help communicate, visualize trends, etc. The implementation (so I have heard from my team) was a little time intensive and there wasn't a ton of support offered, however the payoff was worth it in my opinion.
Great sales support when purchasing, but could have used some post-purchase support when it came to setup, integrations, and figuring out what might be out of the box that we could leverage instead of trying to do everything for the first time.
We've found it to be a good resource when preparing campaign metrics and website analytics, as the nature of the business ebbs and flows. Gives the client a good snapshot at any given time.
Probably less suited for something that is a quick turnaround request or a short campaign, simply because of the time-intensive setup.
