Overall Satisfaction with TalentLMS
We are using TalentLMS for our company, where the learners use their own laptops, including their staff, who need to be accredited on certain legislative requirements as stipulated by the Regulatory Body. As a result, their laptops are not in the company domain, and they are not able to use the in-house LMS platform as external staff.

Cons
- For what we use TalentLMS for, we do not have any additional requirements.
- It works really well in our business area, where our processes require certain courses to be reset and certificates removed if a specific course is not completed so that the learners can become competent again in products.
- Easy integration with our AS400 to manage the product competency indicators from TalentLMS.
We had to evaluate several platforms, some local in our country and then Adobe and neither could accommodate our business processes. Therefore, we went to a less academic and more commercial-based LMS in order for our business process to work.
