Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use TalentLMS for all of our Safety training, Customer Service and HR needs to stay compliant in these areas. TalentLMS helps us stay compliant with OSHA and ISO and the various reports managers are able to run helps them stay on track with who needs to complete what training. The short videos are greatly appreciated by our 100+ employees!

Support Rating

TalentLMS's Customer service team has an awesome response rate to all of my inquiries. They always send a very detailed response with screenshots of what I need to do and I find that to be very helpful. I also like that they send an email warning when they are about to close a ticket

Well suited for manufacturing employees that are not on a computer everyday, as they can use the app to complete the training with ease. I would say the TalentLMS is less appropriate for larger organizations that are looking for more in depth content and longer training courses for their employees
