I'm a consultant who sets up LMSs. I'm on my third implementation and still managing one for a major client. My clientele is in the healthcare sector. Continuing training is a vital factor in recruitment and conversion. They were all looking for a tool that was easy to use, both for them and for the learners. The fact that our users can easily access their files, find reference documents and all continuing education certificates has reduced the workload for support staff. We have personalized reports depending on whether we are organizing an event or a webinar.

Docebo's pricing has increased significantly. For one of my customers, we had to leave this tool. I have to admit that Docebo's technical support was very limited compared to TalentLMS. In my opinion, they were also snobbish because we were small customers. So we were relieved in the end to opt for TalentLMS.
