Overall Satisfaction with TalentLMS

I'm a consultant who sets up LMSs. I'm on my third implementation and still managing one for a major client. My clientele is in the healthcare sector. Continuing training is a vital factor in recruitment and conversion. They were all looking for a tool that was easy to use, both for them and for the learners. They have few resources and little time to devote to continuing education. TalentLMS is the ideal solution! The fact that our users can easily access their files, find reference documents and all continuing education certificates has reduced the workload for support staff. We have personalized reports depending on whether we are organizing an event or a webinar.

Pros

  • Easy for users to self-registers and navigate around without any training

Cons

  • The pricing has increased over the years.
  • Homepage customization is better, it could be improved
  • Major lead generation tool for healthcare professionals
  • Dozens of emails saved weekly because users can find their certificate, documents, reset password without our help
  • Major recruitment tool because some talents want the opportunity to showcase their talent and a LMS become essential for that
PHENOMENAL! The number of times [...] and [...] have helped us is impossible to count! Especially at the start of the pandemic, when everything was moving fast and we were working remotely. We made several customizations depending on the language and the region of the globe where we were recruiting users. We were always supported in our creative plans!
Implementation was relatively easy. When we set up a second branch, we needed a little help. But the support area is well-detailed. My clients had no experience with an LMS and their digital skills were limited. We had a long way to go. Nevertheless, it was relatively easy. It was rather quick!
Docebo's pricing has increased significantly. For one of my customers, we had to leave this tool. I have to admit that Docebo's technical support was very limited compared to TalentLMS. In my opinion, they were also snobbish because we were small customers. So we were relieved in the end to opt for TalentLMS.

I'd definitely recommend this tool to smaller teams who don't have a lot of knowledge and time, but who want a professional tool. I'd also recommend it to those who organize a lot of webinars or have a program containing several training courses. Customer service is fantastic! So if you're afraid of implementing an LMS, the technical support offered will comfort you.
