Overall Satisfaction with talentReef

We use talentReef to track, source and hire candidates in all departments of our company. The recruiting side of our Human Resource Department utilizes talentReef in all aspects of recruiting and on-boarding new employees. It addresses our recruiting needs by establishing a best practices format from organizing our open requisitions, processing job applications and manage the hiring process. talentReef integrated system streamlines the recruiting and application process for us.
  • The automated system is easy to use and functional
  • A wide range of reporting features
  • Allows our requisitions to be streamlined out to social media websites
  • An integrated platform to allow companies to directly post to a job board. Currently I must go to another platform to post to job boards.
  • Allow a notes selection on requisitions for user to make notes about the open requisition
  • Providing an option to email rejection letters within the system directly out to candidates not selected for our positions
  • Positive impact on time to fill
  • Expediting a large volume of candidates in the system with qualifying feature
  • Negative impact; no notification if system is down or having problems. Slow response by customer service for assistance needs or resolving problems
Ease of use, entering data is seamless and functionality is good and saves time. The online hiring paperwork simple for candidates to complete. Reports are easy to create and save. Value for the money is positive and on-boarding of the system was quick and thorough. We selected talentReef due to client's relationship with them, personal connection and pricing.
Easy to use when submitting an open requisition to our website. Candidates can apply to an agile job board and it comes directly to our ATS. Processing steps to hire status is functional and easy to use.

[However] Customer Service is not responsive in a timely manner when you have a problem or a candidate has a problem working in the system, e.g resetting a password, helping a candidate with questions when the system will not allow them apply or complete their online hiring paperwork.
