Overall Satisfaction with talentReef
We use Talent Reef as our primary ATS system to help us onboard and recruit talent to work in our c-stores. Our whole HR department uses it and we have over 60 stores and the managers and district managers use it to find talent to staff their locations. It helps us find extra applicants that we may not get elsewhere and keeps us in line with the I-9 and onboarding tasks that allow us to go paperless.

- The only downfall we see currently is that sometimes when all of us at the office are on Talent Reef it becomes slow, but that has since been addressed
- Better communication when they change certain things we don't always get ample notice
- Helped with turnover by getting better-qualified candidates
- Helped save time and money from our HR Department by being paperless and compliant
- Provided an easier way for our managers to do their jobs and hire people
This is our first ATS and we selected it because of ease of use and price.
