Overall Satisfaction

  • Manages individual performance and career planning, including goals and tracking to those; performance review processes, including peer feedback, approval routing, etc.
  • Sometimes not that intuitive to navigate, more complicated around feedback processes than it probably needs to be. But a good tool overall.
  • Substantial gains from SaaS-based platform, integrated performance and career management, replacement of multiple legacy systems with a single application.
Substantial deployment investment, integrates to other Oracle systems (ie. rating/compensation - financial), effectively handles the required global processes and needs.
This has been a good overall investment for our company.
