Overall Satisfaction with Tallie

Tallie is being used organization-wide for keeping accurate track of reimbursable expenses. It is critical to any role that travels outside of home base in order to conduct business. It addresses the business problems of removing the financial burden that some employees face when needing to travel for business while using personal funds to cover upfront costs.

Tallie stacks up well to Concur. In terms of ease of use, Tallie wins by a landslide. However, when it comes to deeper functionality and integrations into other systems within the business, Concur definitely wins there. So, Tallie is easier for more simple purposes, while Tallie works for more complex organizations.
Support for Tallie is good. In all honesty, the support feature is rarely used at our organization, as we have rarely come across problems that need to be solved right away. Typically, problems can be addressed with simple Google searches since the system itself is rather basic in in-depth capabilities and functionality.

Whether that be food, travel, rental cars, hotel/AirBnB lodgings, Tallie makes sure that the employee gets their money back from the company in an organized fashion.
