Overall Satisfaction with TapClicks
TapClicks is being used by our Campaign Managers for DSP sales. The platform is also being used by sales reps to see performance of all digital campaigns-DSP and also digital buys on our digital platforms. The main problem it solves is reporting on monthly campaigns and also automatic weekly status reports to clients and/or sales reps.
- Integration with DSP platforms is very simple.
- Our account manager with TAP does an exceptional job of keeping in touch with us and helping if there is any issue.
- TAP has a great dashboard and is very User Friendly
- Additional reporting for Ad Words
