Overall Satisfaction with TapClicks

It is used only in our department. It helps our team aggregate data for our clients so we can send them 1 full report on all of their digital media campaigns running. We also use it to check optimization across platforms and enables us to move money around more quickly based on performance.
  • They integrate with a lot of different programs.
  • They are open to suggestions and changes you would like to see in the platform.
  • There are a lot of bugs.
  • The support team isn't as responsive as we would like them to be.
TapClicks is great if you have a variety of campaigns running on different digital platforms for multiple clients. If you're only measuring data on 1-2 platforms, it might not be as cost effective.
