Teams Manager for Microsoft Teams helps monitor the remote work effectively. It enables users to request new teams based on templates. It helps us to communicate within the organization audio and video calling, screen share facilities to a particular team are most useful features. Its easy to manage owners of team sites along with members and guests.

  • user interface can be enhanced to seperate the color coding for different channels
  • It would be great to receive notifications in Outlook for Shifts and be able to approve/deny requests and schedule changes there while it's synced with the Outlook calendar.
  • Easily keeping an eye on how your team is doing (shifts) has had a positive impact on ROI
