Teams Manager for Microsoft Teams helps monitor the remote work effectively. It enables users to request new teams based on templates. It helps us to communicate within the organization audio and video calling, screen share facilities to a particular team are most useful features. Its easy to manage owners of team sites along with members and guests.

- easy to manage team sites along with members and guest users
- helps managers to track the usage of apps and work done remotely
Cons
- user interface can be enhanced to seperate the color coding for different channels
- It would be great to receive notifications in Outlook for Shifts and be able to approve/deny requests and schedule changes there while it's synced with the Outlook calendar.
- Easily keeping an eye on how your team is doing (shifts) has had a positive impact on ROI
- Overall team success and happiness through Teams has been made possible by the management of the team site by the Team Manager (positive impact on ROI)
