Our whole organization is currently using Teamwork Project Manager to help us organize our client deliverables into easy-to-follow projects with task lists for a more transparent and manageable work.
- Subtasks to track all the steps of bigger to-do's in a project.
- Accurate timing of tasks for a more comprehensive look at billable time.
- Templates make for easy duplication of common projects.
- Server issues make timing and loading of pages very slow, sometimes for most of the day. (This is a rare occurrence though)
- If you have a lot of projects, it can take a while to load everything.
- I do not have any data on a ROI but this software has definitely helped our team become more organized and focused on the deliverables we have to complete together.
