Overall Satisfaction with Telynx
We have been using Telnyx for our Business contact center [and] marketing APIs. It is mainly [used by our] product marketing department. In our case we want our product [to reach] new customers and for which Telnyx provides us [a] medium of contact establishment. So far its going [well].
- Price Matters for the flourishing organization like us. Telnyx [is] affordable to us.
- Telnyx is very generous in terms of providing regular updates through webinar , free credits, real time support . One most important is that they are not in hurry of closing the account because of minus balance.
- Telnyx Portal is pretty easy to navigate and manage the customized settings.
- Among other giant SIP providers I found Telnyx with very modern and humble customer approach.
- Minorly, the chat support replay takes some time. But at least they have real time chat support available.
- They should tie-up with other countries Telecome in order to make their service cheap in those countries as well.
- Since I found service always up , Not any incidents to complain .
- If they provide Mobile app for call and message handling facility then it will be good handy.

- Reports for the amount spent on each engagement.
- Due to easy SIP truncation the cost of customer approach has become very convenient internationally. We got a so much scaling to play on large customer base. And large base makes sense of large positive ROI.
