Tenfold is a great tool for Call Centers
Overall Satisfaction with LivePerson CTI Platform (Tenfold)
Tenfold is only used for our Sales team which is about 150 people including Account Managers, Sales Reps, and Managers. We use it to sync with our CRM tool (Salesforce) for ease of use finding accounts, and also call stats.
