This product is used across all the company and is fundamental for all decision-making processes. It helps providing a 360 view of our customers Many applications use the data provided by Teradata, even our customers access valuable information through apps/web pages connected to Teradata. Our BI tool also uses Teradata as the main source.
Pros
- With Teradata Query Services we can connect apps and handle millions of daily queries
- Processes all kind of workloads: tactical & strategic
- We can join many tables without performance issues. In this way we can have a relational data model
Cons
- Lack of online Spanish training
- It's expensive if not used at full capacity
- Native connectivity to Carto
- Comprehensive Insights: By integrating various data sources, Vantage provides a holistic view of business operations, helping identify opportunities and areas for improvement
- Teradata doesn’t charge for query, so the more we use it, the cheapest it is. The trick is to use it at full capacity
