Overall Satisfaction with Teradata Vantage

Teradata Vantage is our Database for our Data Warehouse for the [...].

We do mostly reporting and sending of data to third parties. We have users from counties retrieving data for work purpposes

Pros

  • Love SQL Assistant. But it's going away.
  • We just moved to the cloud. Working on getting getting all setting good for our processing
  • Query writing.

Cons

  • SQL editors. Very sad that SQL assistant is going away.
  • Query explain plans easier to understand.
  • Query functionality.
I love the query ability to the databse.
