Great platform!

With the help of the okta identity cloud, we are able to manage all our tools and systems in our organization in just one access. Some tasks are hard to finish with having too many systems to check but when Okta Identity Cloud was introduced to us, we were able to finish our tasks in a timely many.

Having a centralized identity management platform with Okta Identity Cloud helps us to access our systems and tools in one platform. We are able to finish our tasks faster and this increases our productivity every day. It's very beneficial for us since we use a lot of systems in our organization.

I have not experienced any problems with Okta Identity Cloud so far and I have not had any experience dealing with their customer support. However, I have colleagues who had experience with their customer support regarding password reset and I did not hear any complaints about them. They were able to help them gain their access right away.

By using Okta Identity Cloud, we are able to deliver services to our clients in a more efficient way without sacrificing their quality. This does not only satisfies our clients but it also helps us gain new ones. We also received a lot of positive feedback from our clients after this product was introduced to us.
