Overall Satisfaction with The Okta Identity Cloud

The license model was a challenge for us as a company with multiple use cases and other external health partners, but the vendor was fair and worked through the unique use cases for acceptable licensing terms. Strong product with more capabilities than we can currently leverage. Great customer support and technical know-how.

This product has been in our enterprise for a while and new features are always welcome. Some other SIEM products in the market do offer additional features that Okta Identity Cloud can provide as well.
