Overall Satisfaction with The Okta Identity Cloud
We use the Okta Identity Cloud for a single sign on process throught most applications. These are for example MS Office 365, our travel expense tool, ServiceNow, etc. This ensures a safe login while not having to remember several different passwords. Especially in a world where cyber attacks and phishing is happening all the time, it contributes to our cyber security.

- Having to enter the password multiple times a day
- Sometimes slow login
- Two factor identification when things need to happen fast
- Can't quantify the impact
- The security level is increased
- Faster login in apps that are rarely used
The users benefit fromm a centralized identity management platform by not having to remember multiple passwords.
However, for frequently used applications the login process is sometimes slowed down and it could increase load times.
Generally speaking it is hard to specify as a user when the general profit of the tool is to provide security.

It has not impacted our quality of service in Finance significantly, which is for this kind of tool a good thing.
