Overall Satisfaction with ThousandEyes

ThousandEyes helps users identify potential user experience impacts caused by the internet and their internal network. We currently use ThousandEyes to identify network routing issues, and collection of network evidence for escalation to our ISP. ThousandEyes also has the capability to detect internet outages which allows us to save time with troubleshooting our internal network, knowing that it is a global outage issue.

ThousandEyes is suitable for bigger organisations that need to monitor the network connectivity across branch offices and data centers. Having the visibility in a centralised dashboard helps operation teams quickly perform fault isolation, allowing for quicker time to resolution. It is less suitable for smaller organisations due to the cost component of the licensees.
